• Gift vouchers collect points when applied to a sale.
• Packages do not collect points as discounts have already been included with them.
• Rewards cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers and store credits.
• Points are automatically removed if a transaction is refunded or an invoice is deleted.
• Appointments that are missed without 24 hours’ notice, 100 points being deducted from the rewards balance. 
• Points can be redeemed on full-priced services and may not be allocated to other discounted services.
